Dr Meyer joined the Secretariat in June of 2022. Dr Meyer is an experienced researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. She is skilled in research projects, research, journals, writing and higher education.
Lyse Mpema
Communication and Development coordinator
Lyse joined the secretariat in 2020. She has qualifications in Communication and Development and Governance. Before joining ACCA, Lyse worked in different sectors including project development, in academic settings and in the private sector particularly in the African Great Lakes region.
Thelma Chinyamurindi
Project Administrator
Thelma joined ACCA in 2021. Thelma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Pretoria as well as an LL. B from the same institution. She is in the final stages of her LL.M in international humanitarian law and human rights in military operations. Thelma is skilled in research, writing and administration.
